3. LATE PAYMENT FEES

MediGlow Korea reserves the right to suspend services or withhold delivery of goods for any account with overdue payments. Services will not be resumed until all outstanding balances are paid in full.

6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes regarding payment or these terms shall first be addressed through direct negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through mediation, and if necessary, binding arbitration.

Unless otherwise stated, MediGlow Korea and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Mediglowkorea.com. All intellectual property rights are reserved.
